These pages can be really helpful in that they bring people of all walks of life together to talk about living with fibromyalgia pain and what has and hasn’t helped them.
At the very least, reaching out on social media is a way to feel less isolated and better understood. It’s a great way to meet new people and even make new friends.
Find A Local Support Group
If there are Fibromyalgia support groups in your area, feel free to join. If there isn’t, you could even start one. Again, being a part of a group of people going through the same thing you are is a way to feel far less alone.
